Not certain if this is a Canon problem or the plug on the cable is too small. The product made it simple to view our video movies on a large screen TV - However, I am disappointed in how easy the miniature plug 'pops-out' from the jack on the camera body.
It is a three to one video cable. This product works well and is just what I was looking for.
